Rift Datamining – March 14th patch (Carnival and Prime spoilers)

Just in time for the latest Carnival of the Ascended, we have datamined some new stuff.  A few mounts, some icons, and some Prime data.  Let’s delve in!

As always, you can join in the discussion of Rift and Rift Prime on both The Ghar Station Discord and on the Rift focused Heroes of Telara Discord.  Please follow us on twitter @TheGharStation.

Today we have fully textured versions of 4 new dog ears.  Pick your poison then ask for belly rubs. (Click to see the larger version)

Then we have this lonely lizard head.  Wear it and ask for belly rubs as well.Database changes for Prime

Finally, we have the database changes.  These primarily cover prime, but will be a part of live as well.

  • Beastmaster’s Vicious Companion is now “Vicious Wyvern” and is a support pet
  • Level 50 Hit requirements changed.  Curiously, references to LFR have been removed.
    • Classic Expert Dungeon: 50
    • Classic Tier 1 Raid: 200
  • Geenscale mount is called “Greeñata”
  • 3 new Prime Only store items:
    • Blistering Collar (Prime Only)
    • Pearlescent Conch (Prime Only)

  • “Looks like Boost > Notoriety to turn in Sigils of Primal Valor have been added to Prime.” What does this mean?

    • The Ghar Station

That should have been more specific. This piece appears to be for the in-game Rift store. It looked like you might be able to turn in Sigils of Primal valor via the store, so you can claim them anywhere in the world.
